Oracle Cloud (OCI) Network Engineer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Network Engineer to design, implement, manage and support OCI networking solutions across enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. You will own OCI VCNs, subnets, route tables, security lists, NSGs and DRGs, and implement hybrid connectivity via FastConnect, Site-to-Site VPN and IPSec, alongside load balancing, DNS and traffic management.
You will design multi-region, highly available network architectures, troubleshoot connectivity and routing issues, and automate deployments using Terraform, OCI CLI and Ansible. This is a hybrid role on an evening shift (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST).
Must-have skills
- OCI networking: VCN, subnets, route tables, security lists, NSGs, DRG
- Hybrid connectivity: FastConnect, Site-to-Site VPN, IPSec
- OCI Load Balancer, DNS, public/private endpoints
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, routing & switching, VLANs
Good to have
- Terraform, OCI CLI, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
- OCI monitoring, logging and observability
- Oracle Cloud certifications (Architect Professional, Network Professional, Cloud Operations Professional, Foundations Associate)
