About the role
We are hiring a Lead Consultant to drive SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) implementation, upgrade validation, testing and business process transformation. You will own the TM workstream end to end: Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Order Management, Freight Execution, Freight Settlement and Transportation Optimisation, plus post-upgrade validation, SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
You will ensure seamless integration between SAP TM and EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, GTS and external carrier systems, validate freight cost/settlement/invoicing processes, and provide leadership across cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Must-have skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
- Transportation Planning, Freight Execution, Freight Settlement, Carrier Management, Route Optimisation
- SAP TM implementation/upgrade/transformation project experience
- Integration with EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, GTS
Good to have
- Testing, defect resolution, stakeholder management and team leadership experience
