About the role
We are hiring an SAP IS-Retail Consultant for a retail business processes and applications engagement, based in Pune. You will support and implement SAP IS-Retail across Article Master, Site Master, VAS, Season, STOs, and Delivery & Billing, with a solid understanding of how POS data (sales, inventory, receipts, tenders, financial transactions) is processed within SAP ERP.
You will analyse complex business process issues, design and configure SAP IS-Retail solutions, identify gaps and propose workarounds, and liaise directly on troubleshooting. Familiarity with SD, MM and FI/CO integration points is expected. 8+ years of relevant SAP Retail experience required.
Must-have skills
- 8+ years in SAP Retail consulting / implementation engagements
- SAP Retail: Article Master, Site Master, VAS, Season, STOs, Delivery & Billing
- Understanding of POS data processing within SAP ERP
- Integration points with SD, MM and FI/CO modules
Good to have
- Ability to recommend future business / solution opportunities
- Mentoring of junior team members
