Secure Minds is seeking an experienced OT (Operational Technology) Security Professional to join our cybersecurity team. The selected candidate will lead Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) in OT/ICS environments, ensuring security and resilience across industrial control systems and manufacturing infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role you will primarily work remotely but must be stationed in Bangalore, India, and available for onsite coordination when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including OT/ICS VAPT engagements.
OT Standards
Familiarity with OT/ICS standards such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, or ISO 27019.
Industrial VAPT
Proven experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for industrial networks.
Tooling Expertise
Experience using tools for scanning, penetration testing, and OT network monitoring.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of networking, system administration (Windows/Linux), and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
OT/ICS Knowledge
Strong knowledge of OT/ICS environments — PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and protocols like Modbus, DNP3, and OPC.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:
● Certifications: GICSP, CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent.
● Exposure to OT security platforms like Nozomi Networks, Claroty, or Darktrace for OT.
● Prior experience in manufacturing, power/utility, or critical infrastructure sectors.
● Familiarity with incident response in OT environments.
