About the role
We are hiring a Senior Observability Engineer to design, build and support enterprise monitoring and observability platforms using Splunk. You will implement OpenTelemetry (OTEL) instrumentation, collectors and telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics and traces, and configure data ingestion, indexing, dashboards and alerting.
The role also covers automation using Python, Shell or PowerShell scripting and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments, plus root-cause analysis and continuous improvement across cloud-native monitoring environments. Contract JC 204166.
