Certified SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) consultant with Succession & Continuous Performance / Career Development Planning (SPCDP) exposure.
You will run requirements and fit-gap, configure PMGM / CDP components, business rules, 360 reviews, ratings and permissions, competencies, calibration, goal plans and Continuous Performance Management, and support testing, integration and user documentation.
Must-have skills
- SAP PMGM certification
- 7+ years of PMGM experience
- Minimum 1 end-to-end PMGM / SPCDP implementation
- Business rules, 360 reviews, ratings and permissions, calibration, goal plans, CPM
