About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consultant for a contract-to-hire engagement with a global technology client.
You will own Compensation configuration and cycle delivery end to end, run design workshops and handle stakeholders independently, and troubleshoot compensation configuration and cycle-related issues. The role follows a UK shift, Monday to Friday, hybrid as per client policy. Candidates who can join at the earliest are preferred.
Must-have skills
- 7+ years of experience, able to run workshops and handle stakeholders independently
- At least 2 end-to-end Compensation implementations
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Expertise in Compensation Template and Worksheet configuration
- Compensation Planning, Merit, Bonus, Promotions, Guidelines and Budget Management
- Strong XML configuration/editing (Compensation Templates, Statements, Route Maps)
- Provisioning activities and SuccessFactors architecture
- Configuration of Route Maps, Approval Workflows and Compensation Cycles
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Ability to troubleshoot Compensation configuration and cycle-related issues

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) integration with Compensation
- MDF Objects, Business Rules and Custom Configurations
- Variable Pay, People Analytics and Integration Centre experience
