About the role
We’re looking for a NICE CXone & IVA Implementation Specialist to design and implement IVA workflows using CXone Studio, configure IVR, ACD and routing strategies, and build omnichannel experiences across voice, chat, email and SMS.
The role includes integrating CXone with CRMs such as Salesforce and MS Dynamics via APIs, leading end-to-end implementation projects, and providing ongoing monitoring, optimization and support. Contract JC 204666.
