About the role
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of IT and network infrastructure programs across a large, multi-site portfolio — from hybrid network provisioning and device connectivity to infrastructure compliance, stability and reliability initiatives. You will build program timelines, manage milestones and risk, and orchestrate planning, testing and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
You will lead RFI/RFP and Statement of Work development with telecom carriers, negotiate service contracts and SLAs, and drive engineering practices, hardware/software refresh programs and process improvements to increase service reliability. This is a Pan India role requiring strong hands-on networking fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, switching) alongside program management experience.
Must-have skills
- 12+ years IT Infrastructure management as a Technical Program Manager in complex, multi-system environments
- 5+ years end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, Telecom Carrier management, RFI/RFP/SOW, supplier KPIs
- 5+ years relevant networking technologies on large-scale, data-driven projects
- Working knowledge of BGP, OSPF, switching (STP, VLANs)
- Configuring routers & switches — deployments and migrations
- Working knowledge of Cisco / Juniper / F5 / Arista platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals: packet flow, TCP/IP
- Willingness to work 24x7 shifts
Good to have
- Exposure to Cloud technologies
- Project management methodologies including Agile
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related discipline
