About the role
We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead end-to-end functional design, implementation and operational enablement of ECP solutions across multiple geographies and payrolls.
The role covers multi-country payroll deployments (Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, India), Payroll Control Center, EC↔ECP data replication, payroll reconciliation, cutover and hypercare support.

- 8+ years SAP payroll/SuccessFactors experience with deep hands-on ECP delivery
- Multiple end-to-end ECP implementations at enterprise scale
- Multi-location/multi-country payroll deployment experience (Australia, Philippines, New Zealand)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification required

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Exposure to large global organisations and complex operating models
