About the role
We’re looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant to support end-to-end delivery across Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development within the Employee Life Cycle.
The role covers requirements confirmation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data conversion, testing, defect management, and post-go-live support, including integration with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Centre.
